Our Story
Hynade® was founded in 2022 by a group of engineers and welders who shared a passion for innovating the welding industry. We started as a small team working out of a garage, tinkering away at prototypes and brainstorming ways we could push the boundaries of existing plasma cutting and welding technology.
Though we were unknown in the industry at first, our relentless commitment to engineering the most advanced and user-friendly plasma cutters and welders eventually caught the attention of professional metalworkers. Word spread about our products, and before we knew it, we had our first big break – a large order from a national fabrication company looking for a reliable plasma cutting solution.
Since then, we’ve come a long way from those garage days. Hynade® Plasma Cutter, Welder now operates out of a 20,000 sq. ft. facility and has grown to employ over 50 staff members. Our engineering team continues to drive innovation, earning us multiple patents and industry awards, all while staying true to our founding commitment of delivering an unmatched plasma cutting and welding experience.
But as proud as we are of how far we’ve come, we’re even more excited about where we’re headed. Under the leadership of our founder and CEO, John Smith, we’re forging full steam ahead into the future, expanding our catalog of products and pushing the limits of plasma cutter and welding performance. Our Facility
Located just outside Nashville, Tennessee, our state-of-the-art production facility houses everything needed to take our plasma cutters and welders from initial concept to final product.
R&D Lab

Manufacturing
We closely oversee every step of the manufacturing process in our automated, ISO 9001 certified production line. Precision machining equipment shapes quality components which then undergo subassembly and final assembly. At multiple checkpoints, our QA team verifies adherence to specifications.
Testing
Every plasma cutter and welder produced gets put through a battery of intense functionality tests designed to simulate years of use in demanding shop environments. Only after successfully passing each test do they get packaged for delivery. This ensures every customer receives a product built to last.
Warehouse & Distribution
Inventory is maintained in our large onsite warehouse until units are picked and packaged for shipping. Our logistics team ensures quick, accurate order fulfillment and partners with major carriers to deliver products safely and efficiently.

Plasma Cutters
Our plasma cutters utilize compressed air and electricity to slice cleanly through metal with a plasma arc topping out at a scorching 30,000° F. Features like pilot arcs, expanded cutting capacity and portable inverter designs allow for more power and versatility. Models include:
- Hynade® Alpha-60 – Our flagship CNC-compatible 120V/240V plasma cutter for heavy duty cutting. Precisely slice 1/2″ steel with minimal drag.

MIG Welders
